Mulch Foreman

This position requires a hardworking person with the knowledge of mulching and mulching equipment. We are looking for a person that is motivated, dependable and willing to grow with us. He/she has to manage time effectively. We require an individual with good communication skills.

Landscape Mowing Team Member

A Landscape Mowing Team Member is someone that is courteous, respectful, hardworking and a team player.

Crewmembers are responsible for performing landscape maintenance on commercial and residential properties. Team members will be required to perform services such as lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, landscape maintenance, pruning, weed control, planting of trees and shrubs, flower installation, leaf clean-ups, and similar tasks. Our Landscape Technicians work under a crew leader

Landscape Equipment Operator / Installer reports directly to the Operations Manager and leads other team members, providing outstanding service to our clients in a professional manner. Irrigation Technician

Irrigation Technician reports directly to the Operations Manager and works alongside the maintenance and construction crews providing outstanding service to our clients in a professional manner, Takes pride in his/her work and has a high quality of standards.  Essential duties include installing and servicing irrigation and lighting systems but other tasks may include maintaining sprinklers, water lines, pumps, suction devices, valves, service equipment, transformers, low voltage lights and bulbs, and various other hand-on tasks related to the business.

Mowing Crew Foreman

Job Overview

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Hands on work, coordinating workflow and operating a variety of machinery including truck and trailers, zero turn mowers, string trimmers, back pack blowers and trade hand tools.
  • Build and uphold a culture of Safety for the crew, ensuring that all equipment is maintained and operated safely and maintenance procedures are followed
  • Communicating production goals with management, crew members and clients.
  • Monitor all tools, equipment, and machinery including Truck & Trailer, Mowers 2 cycle equipment and hand tools.
  • Track and record all job(s) in CRM completely and any relative paperwork
  • Ensures that all crew members utilize all required personal protective equipment
  • Interacts with clientele in order to help ensure job satisfaction.
  • Leads by example supervising all crew members during the performance of all assigned work.
  • Monitors all tools equipment and machinery for needed maintenance and safety. Maintains truck and trailer for daily operation, this includes restocking with fuel and oil for the day. Cleaning, organizing and ensuring that you are equipped with the proper tools and equipment for the day.
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site.
  • Notice and report problems/concerns with the property.

Qualifications

  • one(1) year prior supervisory experience Leading a crew.

  • Comprehensive knowledge to operate all walk behind/riding landscape equipment, 2 cycle and hand tools.

Mulch Foreman

Job Overview

This position requires a hardworking person with the knowledge of mulching and mulching equipment. We are looking for a person that is motivated, dependable and willing to grow with us. He/she has to manage time effectively. We require an individual with good communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ideal Candidate would have a working knowledge of Mulching and Bark Blower’s
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance(PM) to mulch equipment as well as keeping equipment properly oiled and greased
  • Operation of equipment, troubleshoot minor issues in the field with the mulch blower
  • Manage route effectively & manage time to stay on schedule
  • Manage a crew of two to three crew / team members
  • Be able to drive and maneuver dump truck with trailer effectively and safely
  • Complete all documentation for jobs assigned in CRM and be able to track time
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment and jobsite clean-up at completion of job
  • Build and uphold a culture of Safety for the crew
  • Willing to work in inclement weather, that could be exposed to extreme cold and heat, and dust
  • Operate a Bobcat / Mini loader to load material

  • Interacts with clientele by way of introductions at the beginning of a job, answering questions, going over changes in order to help ensure job satisfaction.
  • Plans and organizes the job, ensuring that sufficient resources and materials are available. Also ensures that the job is completed in the most time-efficient manner.
  • Manages a team of two or more employees, including handling personnel issues on site and training employees on policies and procedures.
  • Understands elevations and uses this knowledge to execute the construction plan.
  • Operates, proficiently, a variety of mechanical equipment, including bobcats, back hoes, dingos, plate compactors, stone grinders.
  • Monitor all tools, equipment, and machinery including Truck & Trailer, notifies mechanic and Eric of needed repairs..
  • Track and record all job(s) in CRM and any relative paperwork.
  • Using all measuring tools. (laser levels, bubble levels and angle finder).

  • Solve sprinkler problems (wire valves, fix leaks, mend broken sprinkler heads, back-flow repair) to make systems work properly
  • Knowledge of irrigation equipment and tool usage
  • Installation of and/or repair or replacement of pipe fittings and connection procedures
  • Be able to read and implement Irrigation design plans and as-built documentation
  • Be able to record all paperwork for materials used and complete Jobber reports as well
  • Working in inclement weather, could be exposed to extreme cold and heat, noise and dust
